GENTLE: An Introduction to basic yoga poses emphasizing stretching and coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment.

LEVEL 1: This class is appropriate for those who have tried yoga and want to continue their practice. Class pace, focus and intention will vary.

LEVEL 2: A class for experienced students looking to expand their practice. This class is appropriate for the intermediate to advanced student.
